  • V3 Update ohne persönliche Datenherstellung

    Hi friends,


    alle meine Tel-Nummern werden nach dem Software-Update nicht wiederhergestellt!.


    Habe mit meinem V3 ein Software-Update online durchgeführt (ohne HelloMoto auf dem PC, da CD nicht vorhanden) . Dabei musste ich zustimmen, dass meine persönlichen Daten auf den PC gespiegelt werden und nach dem Update wieder hergestellt werden. (... ich habe bis dato noch keine Sicherung! )


    Also OK und los ging es... alles anscheinend ohne Probleme bis dann während der Datenwiederherstellung plötzlich bei 19% ein Problem gemeldet wurde "Fehler. Der Updatevorgang konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden". ...Das wiederholte sich 3x.


    Entsprechend der Anleitung habe ich dann alles probiert (USB off/ on, Telefon aus/ an), aber das Update kommt immer höchstens bis 20%, dann wieder Abbruch. Aber von 100 Tel-Nummern hat er grademal 6 wiederhergestellt!!!


    Ich traue mich jetzt kaum, ein neues Update zu starten, denn dann sichert er nur noch den kläglichen Rest meiner Tel-Nummern und die Original BAK meiner 100 TelNummern ist ggfs. ganzz weg.


    Also die erste dringende Frage: meine gesamten Daten sich z.Zt. (hoffentlich) noch auf dem PC - WER WEISS WOHIN DIESE DATEN WÄHREND DES UPDATE GESICHERT WURDEN??

    Vielleicht hat sogar jemand Ahnung, das Logfile des update zu interpretieren. Denn dort sind einige Driver offensichtlich beim Software-Update nicht geladen worden. Logfile unten angehängt.

  • Moto V3 - Akku lädt nichts mehr

    Hallo Freunde,
    ich habe kürzlich für mein V3 einen Ersatz-Akku via Ebay gekauft (Luxor Electronics GmbH). Dabei dachte ich noch, ich kaufe besser einen für 5,99 Euro als die billigen Angebote für weniger als 3.- Euros. Nun sieht das Teil aus wie ein Motorola Original (BR 50, schwarz mit Motorola Schriftzug), jedoch ist auf dem Hologramm nur ein grafisches Muster und keinerlei Text zu sehen.


    Das Problem: Der Akku wurde bereits im geladenen Zustand angeliefert, es funktionierte prima für etwa 2 tage und dann wollte ich es aufladen... Jedoch keinerlei Wirkung. Ich probierte sowohl die Steckdose wie auch das USB-Ladekabel... nix. Also Akku wieder an Luxor Electronics zurückgeschickt und einen Neuen bekommen (nach 10 tagen Nörgelei endlich) Nun passierte aber wieder genau dasselbe: Lieferzustand voll aufgeladen (?), 3 tage Gebrauch ok, danach keinerlei ladung möglich... danach wars zappenduster und seitdem geht garnichts mehr.


    Habe mit dem alten Original-Akku und mit dem Neuen auch probiert, nach 1-2 Stunden herausnehmen wieder zu laden (Handy off), aber es bleibt alles schwarz.


    Jetzt wollte ich mal nach Euren Erfahrungen fragen. Liegt hier eher ein Akku-Problem vor oder kommt es häufiger vor, dass ein V3 nicht mehr laden kann....Wie kann ich da noch was retten? Gibt es eine Tastenkombi (oder ein "Flash" ... sorry, davon habe ich null Ahnung bisher), dass ich notfalls mit einer geladenen batterie eines freundes mal mein handy testen oder reparieren könnte?


    Wo sollte ich besser einen tauglichen Akku kaufen und was soll ich dafür ausgeben?
