Gab mal wieder neue Kommentare bei Facebook...

Honestly it's disappointing. Borderlinx was not prepared. Customers pay full price for half service. 48h are too long. And no message on the website only on Facebook (thanks for that ). The iPhone 4 release was no suprise for me, but apparently for you. Every big website in Germany wrote about Borderlinx. Did you ignore that?

Borderlinx - iPhone release wasn't a surprise for us but according to past experience (iPad), Apple used to blacklist us as they considered us as "freight forwarder". That's the reason why we didn't promote the possibility to purchase iPhone in the UK.
It's impossible for us to know how many iPhones Borderlinx members ordered until they arrived at our HUB. Apple doesn't share those information.
Since the first wave was huge, we decided to inform our members on the different social medias like FB, Twitter and our blog that the processing might take a bit longer than usual and the most important is that you received the message (you did :)).
We understand that you and all iPhone lovers are excited by this product and once again we do our best to satisfy you and reduce your waiting time.
Not many companies deliver their items by waves like Apple do and we can't consider Apple delivery method as a standard.

Bei Facebook haben sich nun auch schon welche gemeldet, die noch immer warten. Wenn die für 450 Telefone schon so lange brauchen, was machen sie dann, wenn die nächste, noch größere Welle ankommt? Verzweifeln?

BL hat gestern btw. 450 iPhones erhalten. Das ist viel weniger als ich vermutet hatte ehrlich gesagt. Und trotzdem kriegen sie es nicht hin, mal alle zu scannen...
