I guess this is the reason why the A 500 was not launched, to be honest I do not like the A800 that much, its nothing special, just a small version of the T100, hopefully they do have some other colours.
But its small and very handy which is a major criteria for some people.
I would see it as an excellent alternative to SE T66.

Da das P800 E-OTD featured, kann man schon annehmen, daß ein GPS-Receiver eingebaut ist.

Passend zu diesem Thema hab ich dieses hier noch gefunden, ist allerdings auf englisch, dies aber sagt ganz deutlich, das Geräte, die E-OTD featuren auch einen GPS Receiver eingebaut haben sollten.

Das ist wohl was P800Lover's Daddy meinte.
Einen GPS Receiver in jedes Handy zu integrieren war natürlich nicht angedacht, es geht primär darum das die Mobiltelefone in den USA, den Anforderungen der FCC für den E911 Service und E-OTD entsprechen.

kennt jemand diesen a/b Wandler und kann ein wenig darüber berichten ?
Habe die Artikel unter Ciao schon gelesen, will aber noch hier fragen.
Mein Fax will angeschlossen werden und noch 1 analoges Telefon, mehr nicht.
Alternative Geräte sind herzlich willkommen, aber bitte unter 80 Euro bleiben.
Für Tips und Infos wäre ich sehr dankbar.

Der Event in Kiel war schon,sorry, Köln ist die letzte Station.
Zeit wäre nicht das Problem, aber die Geräte werden gut verschlossen an einem sicheren Ort aufbewahrt, da komm selbst ich net dran.
Ich frage mal in Brüssel nach, vielleicht haben die mehr Infos.
Falls es was neues gibt, poste ich es hier.
Also Word, Excel, PP, Acrobat sollten keine Probleme darstellen, weitere Formate können von CD nachinstalliert werden.
Also das mit GPS weiss ich ganz genau, weil ich von einem Besucher darauf angesprochen wurde und es war schließlich dieses GPS Programm installiert, deshalb gehe ich mal davon aus, das ein GPS Empfänger eingebaut ist/wird.
Da es sich aber um ein Prototyp handelt will ich hier nichts versprechen.
Ach ja FAX, werd mich mal schlau machen, denke aber mal kein Problem dank Java und C++ und den SDK's
