Ich hoffe es geht euch alle prima - hier in Norwegen scheint endlich mal die Sonne und alles is wieder gut......Ich habe ja versprochen die Ergebnisse hier im Forum zu posten, und ich habe es nicht vergessen - hat aber ein bisschen langer gedauert als ich dachte.....
Als HERZLICHEN DANK an alle die teilgenommen habe - über 600 Antworten aus viele verschiedene Forums - ganz überwältigend (ist das ein Deutsches Wort?..I mean overwhelming...I think I'll switch to English, takes too long to do it in German, and I'm in a hurry...).

We are still working on building the model, but what we can say so far is that postings with issues related to "User experience" and "New products" are important to readers of postings, whereas dialogues pertaining to "New products" and "responding to Information request" are significant in the Poster model.
For both groups word of mouth will have an impact on behaviour and knowledge, i.e. being in a discussion forum makes them more educated as consumers which helps them make better choices. You would probably just say, "we already knew that" - but such is life within academia, nothing exists until its substantiated with data!
