I am also a victim of t-mobile's unclear policies, but it cost me no less 2003 € . i already have paid that ("unter vorbehalt" as a lawyer advised me). But i am also planning a legal action against them, as i don't want others to face all those problems i have faced. Now I want to bring togehther other people who feel being victimised by T-Mobile's policies, so we all can stand against these wrong policies of T-Mobile.
