    Wenn die nicht in Bayern stehen würde, wär ich ja auch schwach geworden.


    Ich wüsst nur grad nicht, wo ich die hinstellen würde. Müsste ja mitten im Zimmer stehen, damit man auch schön drum herum gehen kann! :D
    (Und dafür würd es mächtig Schläge und handy-Verbot geben) :(

    Anscheinend ist das doch noch etwas beta buggy!!


    Per IRdA hab ich die Filme auch in den Eingang bekomen, aber weiter geht's ned!


    Ich hab aber schonmal an vic's geschrieben. MAl sehen ob ich morgen mehr weiss!

    So denn! Ich habe das gute Teil mal runtergeladen und installiert.
    Keine Probleme!


    Internetverbindung (NICHT WAP!!!) aufgebaut und auf die nanoportalseite ( http://www.videocoding.com/np ) gegangen. Nette kleine Auswahl an Filmen war da. Wahllos einen ausgesucht und angeklickt.


    Dann kam ne Abfrage ob ich vsf.vsf runterladen möchte. Bestätigt und darauf wurde der Film runtergeladen und abgespielt.
    Qualität naja, da hab ich mit mpegable schon bessere gemacht :D


    Ansicht: Normalansicht mit 192*144 Auflösung.


    Verbindung gekappt und nochmal den VicsPlayer gestartet. Das Video war noch in der nun erscheinenden playlist. Doppelklick und es wurde erneut abgespielt. (Aus dem Speicher)


    Das klappt also!


    Nun aber mal zu den versprochene fullscreenvideos!


    Da waren doch welche zum Runterladen. Gesagt getan und mal den James Bond trailer gezogen.


    Erste Frage: Wo sollen die im P800 gespeichert werden???


    Schauen wir uns doch mal das System an. filemanager findet unter system\Apps\VicsPlayer .... hmm dann kann es ja losgehen.


    Ahh, ne vicsPlayer.ini . Gleich mal reingeschaut.


    Kriptische Zeichen und einmal ein Eintrag


    c:\system\temp\browser\UC\vsf.vsf
    sowie
    c:\Documents\VicsPlayer\VicsPlayer


    In der vsf.vsf war (wie bei RealAudiofiles) nur die Internet-Adresse wo der Film ursprünglich runtergeladen wurde.


    Also mal auf doof unter c:\documents die Ordener angelegt und in den Unterordner das Video kopiert!
    Resultat beim starten von vicsPlayer: ERROR STREAMREADING oder so.


    Also das war es nicht. Erstmal die Ordner wieder gelöscht und vicsPlayer nochmal gestartet.
    Da hatte ich wieder die playlist mit dem runtergeladenen Video.


    Hmm, das muss doch irgendwo sein.


    Im Ordner c:\system\Apps\VicsPlayer\cache hab ich ihn gefunden!
    Also mal in diesen Ordner das JamesBond Video kopiert und vics neu gestartet. Immer noch das selber nur der eine Film.


    Dann auf die harte Tour! Den runtergeldenen Film umbenannt und das James Bond Video in das runtergeladenen umbenannt und vics gestartet.


    Die playlist zeigte wieder den EIntrag des runtergeladenen Film, aber nach Doppelklick..................
    FULLSCREENACTION JAMES BOND!!!!!!!!!!!


    Es geht also mit fullscreen, aber ich habe noch nicht rausgefunden, wie ich dem Prog beibringe, das da noch mehr Filme sind.


    Ich schau mal, das ich noch pics mache!

    Und da sind sie. Abgesehen davon das der player im fullscreenmodus bei nem screencapture abstürzt.. ;)

    First of all please accept my apologies for this delayed release and I thank you all for your interest and taking the trouble to register to receive our Sony Ericsson P800 Video Player Beta release. We have been astounded by the interest this player has generated and I hope this release and our future plans will not disappoint.


    We are aware that there are two distinct areas of interest – using VICS P800 player to view our nanoPortal and using the player to display full screen video. Before either of these is possible you will need to install the VICS player onto your phone, see http://www.videocoding.com/portal/installmobileplayer.html for further information.


    As this is a Beta release it is subject to change as and when we fix bugs – for this reason can I request that if anyone plans to post the player onto bulletin boards that this is done in such a way that all links refer back you VICS install page.


    Once you have installed VICS player, and configured your access point you can start watching video. As this is a new service there is not a huge amount of premium content available – however you will receive updates as and when our content partners start launching their respective services in the next few weeks. If you do not wish to receive these updates please unsubscribe from this mailing list (see link at the end of this of email).
