Minute Beep is application that helps you to control call duration by playing sound tone every minute during a call.

The trial version has the following specifics:
sound tone is played every 30 seconds
sound tone is played only for outgoing calls
sound tone is played only during first two minutes
You are allowed to use the trial version during 10 days.
