Problem beim Windowsstart... WTF?

    Hi Freax,
    wenn ich mich bei W2k nach dem Hochfahren anmelde und dann auf meine DFÜ Verbindung (Shortcut auf dem Desktop) klicke passiert erstmal ca. 1 Minute lang garnichts. Auch andere Prozesse sind in dieser Zeit komplett blockiert. Auffällig ist auch, dass der Shortcut nach dem Windowsstart nicht grau (da inaktiv) ist sondern farbig als wenn die Verbindung aktiv wäre.
    Manchmal meldet der Taskmanager einen Prozess, der sich 'CSC Notifications Window' nennt (bei Google findet sich so gut wie nix ausser dem hier).


    Das Ganze ist nur der Fall wenn der Computer neu gestartet wurde, nicht wenn vorher ein anderer User daran gearbeitet hat o.ä.
    Auffällig ist auch, dass die Startprozedur vor der Anmeldung länger als sonst bei "Bereite Netzwerkverbindungen vor..." verweilt.

    Das Problem ist mir bekannt. Ich weiß aber nicht mehr genau, was es war.


    Geh mal in die Systemssteuerung -> Verwaltung -> Ereignisanzeige. Unter System oder Anwendungen solltest du jetzt einen haeufiger vorkommenden Fehler finden, gib mir mal bitte die Event-ID davon.

So, I went to dial up properties for my Dial up connection, Under Networking, installed the service File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks Left the check box for this service blank (as I don't want to use it) This immediately enabled the server service and I have since re-enabled the performance counters without any problems or error messages.__A sharing tab now also appears under folder properties."
