Ein bissl spät, die läuft ja schon längst. Bis jetzt wurde noch nichts vorgestellt. Der Communicator 9500 kommt, wurde aber nocht nicht offiziell gelaunched. Andere Geräte glaube ich nicht!

Ein besseres Design und bessere Funktionen/techn. Daten. Wenn der Commi 9500 am Ende des Jahres rauskommt, dann werden S/// mit dem P1000?! und Motorola mit dem MPx300 den Commi 9500 übertrumpfen...

For Motorola it’s an innovation to apply a sensor screen with a 320x240 pixel resolution (65000 colors, TFT). As for the form factor the device opens like a clamshell or like a communicator, i.e. the dual hinge. In the latter case you’ll access a full-featured QWERTY-keypad. Dimensions are that big, when folded it measures 96x60x21.5 mm with a 110 cm3 volume and 135 gram weight.
The external screen is grayscale, that’s for better use.
The smartphone is equipped like other above-mentioned devices with a VGA-camera, however many speculate on a megapixel one. Such camera will be available in the MPx260 version in the end of 2004.
