    Da HTC die Geräte als OEM verkauft und die Netzbetreiber die Software selber entwickeln (lassen), gibt es hier starke Diskrepanzen im aufgewendeten Budget. T-Mobile hat ein vielfach größeres Entwicklungsteam für die Windows Mobile Plattform als O2 und das schlägt sich eben in der Qualität nieder.


    Etwas OT: Dann würde ja nur noch Palm als OS bleiben! Ich hätte nämlich gern 'nen Betriebssystem mit Stifteingabe etc., da ich mal das Ericsson R380 Smartphone (natürlich mit den heutigen nicht zu vergleichen) hatte und mir die Bedienbarkeit mit Stift etc. sehr zugesagt hat. Windows hat halt eben die besseren Programme oder?
    Es kommt für mich (wenn denn überhaupt), eh nur der MDA Compact von T-Mobile in Frage und die T-Mobile PDAs sollen ja besser laufen als die PDAs von o2 oder?

  • GSL Xplore M28: Palm OS 5.4 + Wechselspeicher


    Das "external" war wohl ein Fehler in der Beschreibung, habs ja nur übernommen. Hier der Beweis für "internal":



    Und als Neuerung empfinde ich schon das Palm OS 5.4, die etwas bessere 0.3 Pixel Kamera (natürlich kein vergleich zu den jetzt kommenden MegaPixel Handys) und die fehlende Antenne (spart halt Platz)!!! Als schlecht empfinde ich die NUR Dualband Frequenz. Gerade beim viel reisen (geschäftl. oder privat) ist ein Palm ganz nützlich...!

    Hallo,
    ist denn bekannt, ob o2 neben dem XDA III und XDA IIi, auch den MDA Compact ins Programm nehmen wird? Er ist für mich preislich, soll bei T-Mobile ja 199.95 Euro mit Vertrag kosten, die einzige Alternative zu den XDA Modellen und damit den Einstieg in Windows Mobile!!!
