Ich seit ein paar Tagen den Riegel "Wunderbar" für mich entdeckt. Richtig lecker.

Woher weisst du, ob die Bewertung auf das iPhone bezogen war?

Check ich nicht?! Was meinst du damit sliders? Genau über dieses Angebot bin erst auf den ebay-Verkäufer aufmerksam geworden...

Gibt News, die ich euch nicht vorenthalten möchte:

"hi sorry but kevin is away back to oil rig until next thursday
i have contacted the other buyer and i am still waiting on a reply , this is all the information i have just now sorry "

Darauf ich:

"Okay, but if the other buyer will sent the iphone back it would be used and then its not the deal kevin and me talked about. So i please you again to sent the money back to my paypal account *****. When you have the iphone we could make a new deal but i need my money back. Please sent it to me till Friday."

Darauf sie:

"i am sorry but i cannot access kevins paypal account as i dont know his passwords sorry "

Darauf ich:

"Okay. Please call him and ask for the password. You maybe understand how long im waiting for the money/iphone. Will Kev come back tomorrow or next week on thursday?"

Jetzt mal ohne Witz. Ich weiss nicht wieso aber irgendwie glaube ich einfach immernoch an eine gute Wendung. Er hat einfach zu viele positive Bewertungen (ciaramac16).... auch wenn er bisher nich wirklich kooperativ versucht hat, das Problem zu lösen.

Mal sehen was als Antwort kommt...

Bisher 5x angerufen, 3x nicht abgehoben und 2x wurde behauptet er sei nicht Kevin Douglas.

Ich befürchte jetzt auch das Schlimmste, werde allerdings morgen mal mit der Polizei in Ruhe darüber reden.

Ein aus England stammender Kollege wird ihn jetzt gleich mal per skype anrufen

Man ich denke einfach, dass er wirklich ein fairer ebayer und verkäufer ist, weil er einfach zu seriös nach Außen wirkt. Und ja, ich hoffe noch auf mein Geld, auch ohne gerichtliche oder polizeiliche Schritte.

Jetzt meldet er sich wieder nich :flop: ... so langsam geht meine Geduld echt dem Ende zu...

Ja sehe ich auch so... Es ist ja schließlich sein Problem wie er das jetzt mit dem iPhone Typen klärt und nicht meine... Ich hoffe, dass der Druck erstmal reicht. Es wäre zumindest wünschenswert, da ich keinerlei Rechtschutzversicherung sowie Erfahrungen habe...

Edit: Habe jetzt gerade über Paypal nochmal unter dem Reiter "Geld anfordern" den Betrag zurückgefordert. Vielleicht lenkt er ja ein.

Um euch weiterhin auf dem Laufenden zu halten, hier mal 2 Emails von ihm von Heute:

"i have contacted ebay and the post office , but both of them say that if i cannot prove that the buyer recieved the wrong item there is nothing i can do ,
i have to wait until monday and contact them again "

"you are not the problem , the guy who i sent your item to is the problem , he is saying that he never recieved it he says he recieved car parts and unfortunately i cannot prove different "

Darauf hin hab ich ihm jetzt gerade folgendes per Mail zukommen lassen:

"I have been waiting for the delivery of my iPhone for more than 3 weeks in total. I know you have been very busy with your job and that is why I assure you did not have much time.
Please try to understand those circumstances from my perspective:

As I said, I have been waiting for 3 weeks for my iPhone. On April, 21st I received the product, the flash light handlebar, but not the iPhone! You should have received pictures of that by yesterday.
Since I am convinced that you are a fair and just "ebayer" and "seller" I think you did not swap the products on purpose!
By now, my patience is finally fading away. For about 3 weeks you own 410€ (equal to 360£) from me. That is since when I have been waiting for the iPhone to come.
I politely ask you to transfer those 410€ (equal to 360£) back to my Paypalbank-Account.
If you unexpectedly do hear news from the lucky owner of the iPhone, feel welcomed to contact me again so that we might arrange another deal.
Starting from today 04/30/2010 I expect you to transfer the money within 7 days.
After receiving the money, I will immediately send the flash light handlebar back to you paying the fee myself, so that you can sell the product to someone else.
Supposed, you do not send the money within 7 days I will not hesitate to involve my lawyer, and the German court.
I really do hope we can solve this situation without involving lawyers. I ask insistingly to send the amount of 410€ (equal to 360£) back to me.
