Aber mal im ernst behältst du das Telefon wirklich 2 Jahre? Denke die wenigsten die in Telefon Foren unterwegs sind tun das.
Ich denke wenn du wirklich lange Support haben willst musst Apple nehmen oder Pixel alles andere ist na ja...
Habe hier neben OnePlus 6, Galaxy S8, Xiaomi Mi8 Lite, iPhone 7 und Xr auch ein altes Galaxy S5 auf den Android 9 als Custom Rom läuft und das Problemlos.
Wenn es wirklich gewollt wäre von den Herstellern dann gäbe es die notwendigen Updates.
Samsung hat mich in der Hinsicht überrascht das es für das S8 doch noch Update auf Pie gab ink. One UI

Hatte sowas auch mal beim S6 damals bei mir war der Accu anscheinend so leer das es Stunden am Laden war bis es ein Lebenszeichen gab ...

Huawei hat laut XDA und einigen Berichten der User angefangen in China bei Huawei/Honor die alternativen Lauchner wie zBsp, Nova zu sperren.

Huawei is no stranger controversy with EMUI, the company’s in-house variant of Android. Just recently, they were accused of blocking third-party launchers in the latest EMUI 9 China version, with no concrete information as to why. According to members on our forums, the reason for this restriction is to allegedly combat the shady practices of some third-party retailers in China (a problem we’ve seen Xiaomi deal with on multiple occasions). Now the company has confirmed that it’s done on purpose, but legitimate developers of accessibility launchers can apply to have their applications whitelisted. This does not affect anyone running the global versions of EMUI 9.
