    Hier mal ein Bild


    Wenn man von der Namensgebung ausgeht, denke ich dass es das Teil bei uns als T220 geben wird.
    Wird wohl als Nachfolger zum T200 positioniert. Dh. im Vergleich zum T310/T300 noch ein wenig einfacher gehalten (wohl ohne IrDA) aber dafür auch noch günstiger.


    Das zusammen mit dem netten Design und den genannten Features machen das Teil für mich zu einem echten Renner.

    Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications today unveiled the T226 mobile phone for the American market. The T226 is a colour screen dual-band 850/1900 MHz GSM/GPRS handset that combines the fun of imaging, entertainment and Internet connectivity in a lightweight, easy-to-use phone. Designed for simplicity with a strong focus on the features that consumers prioritize most, the Sony Ericsson T226 has easy access desktop menus for fast access to fun games, ring tones and picture messages.

    “The T226 is specially designed for users who want a stylish and affordable phone that contains advanced features and functionality without the expensive price tag,” said Suzanne Cross, Sony Ericsson Product Marketing Manager in North America. “The T226 is the smart choice for mobile users seeking a nimble phone that’s not just easy-to-use but also fun-to-use.”
    Whether at a child’s school play or on a family holiday, this phone makes it easy for users to stay in touch and share the fun through photo messaging. Together with the CommuniCamTM MCA-25 snap-on camera accessory, the T226 enables users to capture, view, and send their photos, either to the recipient’s computer or to a compatible mobile phone.


    The T226 is light and compact and offers a rich colour screen, whose high pixel density LCD screen supports advanced image viewing and an impressive mobile gaming experience.


    With Picture Caller ID as a standard feature of the T226, users see not only the phone number, but also the photo of their callers. The phone can double as a speakerphone when connected to Sony Ericsson’s Desk Speaker Stand CSS-20 for times at home or in the office when handsfree calling is a must.


    The fun experience is enhanced by the rich, 32-tone polyphonic sound that greets users with a separate speaker just for ring tones. The T226 even lets users record their own voice and use it as a ring tone. For gaming, users will appreciate the added fun of a five-way joystick for enhanced mobile game play.     The Sony Ericsson T226 unit is compact, measuring just 3.9 x 1.7 x 0.75 inches and weighing only 2.6 ounces.   • Wie kann ich bei eingehenden Anrufen das Telefon stummschalten?

    Wow. Danke für die ausführliche Antwort.


    Hatte nur mit einer Freundin die Diskussion, ob es diese Funktion in ihrem Handy (6210) gibt oder nicht. Und ich konnte es mir einfach nicht vorstellen, dass dem nicht so sein könnte, da es ja irgendwie nur eine super-simple wenn aber auch ungemein praktische :D Funktion ist.


    Jedenfalls kannte ich das schon seit meinem ersten Ericsson seit 1998.

  • Klappenhandy mit Bluetooth....?

    Klar gibts das: T39m von Ericsson.
    War eins der ersten Handys mit Bluetooth überhaupt (nach R520m).

    ps: Man beachte den Unterschied zwischen "Klappenhandy" (zb. T39, Z5, etc.) und "Klapphandy" (zb. V200, T100, GD87, etc.).

  • T68i Firmware R8A015 neu

    IMHO gibt es auch einen Unterschied bei der Darstellung zwischen .IMY und .EMY Melodien.
    Die ersteren haben am oberen Notenende einen "Wimpel" (keine Ahnung wie man eine solche Note nennt, bin was das anbelangt eine Musik-Banause), die einfacheren .emy Melodien nicht.

    ps: Ich find die Produktpflege die SE bei dem T68 betreibt mal echt :top: Wenn man mal das erste T68 mit den letzten mit der aktuellen Firmware ausgestatteten Geräten betrachtet so wurde doch vieles nachträglich noch verbessert und hinzugefügt. Und das alles kostenfrei. Super!
