A UIQ theme is packaged into a normal zip file that has been renamed from .zip to .utz (Uiq Theme Zip). Inside the zip is an XML theme definition file called Theme.xml (see below for an example). The file names inside the XML file refers to files that you also put inside the zip file.
You can also put a number of additional MBM image files in the zip, which will be used as skin bitmaps. The name of these skin files are not defined in the XML file, but the names are hardcoded to: AppickerSkin.mbm, DialogSkin.mbm, FCTitleBarSkin.mbm, LauncherSkin.mbm, ListBoxSkin.mbm, MenuSkin.mbm, and StatusBarSkin.mbm. To see the size and order of the skin bitmaps inside the MBM files, unzip one of the themes included in the P900 (e.g. from a:\system\data\themes\installed\ on your device).
To use the theme, put it on your device and "run" it (from QFileMan or similar), or just copy it to c:\system\data\themes\installed\. Your theme will now appear in the control panel's "Themes" dialog where you can apply it.
UND JETZT DAS WICHTIGE -
WARNING: Don't make the bitmaps in the MBM files 32-bit. If you do, your device will not boot and you will have to bring it to a service station to have the disk formatted. 8, 12, 16, or 24-bit bitmaps shall still be fine. Hopefully this defect will be fixed shortly.

wie Du im FETT markierten Teil lesen kann, haben die Icons wohl Einfluss auf
diesen derben Fehler !! Kann doch nicht angehen das das P910i deswegen gleich getauscht oder komplett platt gemacht werden muß !!
