The actual Service Point Application (ESPA) will be closed at the end of this month and will be replaced by other applications.
With these new applications you will be able to shop your spare parts on-line and you will be compensated for the in-warranty repairs , where we will make a difference between mechanical repairs and software flashing. More details will follow asap.
The Service Point desk will have to be bought by you for a fair price of 500 euro's , including the spares, the tools, the pc, the printer etc.
Within this new set-up we will use three new internet applications which will be accessible soon via the https://cspn.ericsson.net , these are EMMAII, WEBSHOP, and WCMS.
EMMA II, is the application which you can use to flash (upgrade) the phones.
WEBSHOP, is the application which you can use to shop spare parts on-line .
WCMS, is the Warranty Claim Management System which you can use to claim your in-warranty repairs and be compensated for it.
We will also work with commercial targets and repair targets.
We are setting you up into these new systems but are working with priorities , service points with highest repair performance and the highest customer satisfaction will get the highest priority.
We are trying to do this conversion as soon as possible but this shouldn't prevent you to do the mechanical repairs or to do software upgrades , even if you cannot put them into a system.
