THE TEXAS PREACHER

The Texas preacher rose with an angry red face. "Someone in this congregation has spread a rumor that I belong to the Ku Klux Klan. This is a horrible lie and one which a Christian community cannot tolerate. I am embarrassed and do not intend to accept this. Now, I want the party who did this to stand and ask forgiveness from God and this Christian family." No one moved.

The preacher continued, "Do you have the nerve to face me and admit this is a falsehood? Remember, you will be forgiven and in your heart you will feel glory. Now stand and confess your transgression." Again all was quiet.

Then, slowly, a drop-dead gorgeous blonde with a body that would stop traffic rose from the third pew. Her head was bowed and her voice quivered as she spoke. "Reverend there has been a terrible misunderstanding. I never said you were a member of the Ku Klux Klan. I simply told a couple of my friends that you were a wizard under the sheets!"

Neulich im Supermarkt

Two guys, one old and one young, are pushing their carts around Home Depot when they collide.

The old guy says to the young guy, "Sorry about that. I'm looking for my wife, and I guess I wasn't paying attention to where I was going." The young guy says, "That's OK. It's a coincidence. I'm looking for my wife, too. I can't find her and I'm getting a little desperate." The old guy says, "Well, maybe we can help each other. What does your wife look like?"

The young guy says, "Well, she is 24 yrs old, tall, with blonde hair, blue eyes, long legs, big boobs, and she's wearing tight white shorts, a halter top and no bra. What does your wife look like?"

The old guy says, "Doesn't matter - let's look for yours."

There is a new study just released by the American Psychiatric Association about women and how they feel about their asses. The Results are pretty interesting:

1. 5% of women surveyed feel their ass is too big.

2. 10% of women surveyed feel their ass is too small.

3. The remaining 85% say they don't care; they love him; he's a good Man, and they would have married him anyway. :p

A young blonde female stock broker was bored with driving her BMW. It lacked individuality and besides that, every other girl in the office had one. She fancied something a bit more individual, perhaps a MG convertible.

That week she visited her local car dealer and spied a beautiful Jaguar XK140 convertible. It was wonderfully restored and she fell in love with it's gorgeous red paint job. An empty check stub later and off she was tearing down the leafy country lanes enjoying her beautiful new car. Her long blonde hair was flowing in the wind, music blaring from the radio, what could possibly go wrong?

At that thought there was a splutter from the engine and the car slowly coasted to a stop. She got out and lifted the hood and concluded after a few minutes that she didn't have a clue what was wrong. Luckily she had her mobile phone with her and a quick phone call to the mechanic and a short wait saw a bright shiny yellow van pull up behind her.

"That's a lovely car," said the mechanic. "What seems to be the matter?" "Well, it just conked out I'm afraid."

"Let me have look." He set to work and ten minutes later the engine was purring like a cat again.

"Thank goodness," she said. "What was the matter?" "Simple really, just crap in the carburetor," he replied.

Looking shocked she asked, "Oh, OK... How many times a week do I have to do that?"

Hier sind die deutschen Packard-Bell Support-Seiten, einfach mal rumklicken, irgendwo war Saturn/MM als Distributor angeführt. Komisch das es immer noch nicht auf der Produktseite gelistet ist, obwohl die ganze Supportstruktur schon steht :confused:

Mittlerweile möchte ich das Teil nicht mehr missen, wenn man einen englischen, einen amerikanischen und einen deutschen PC nebenher hat kriegt mans mit holländisch auch noch hin

Wifi ist doch besser als ich dachte, liegt wohl an meinen räumlichen Bedingungen Beton usw. Mit FF läßt sich angenehm surfen, alle Stiles ausschalten und die eigenen Settings so bei 14pt fahren, geht Klasse und ist auch schneller. Dann gibts noch nen Bookmarklet wo man die Bilder um die Hälfte reduzieren kann, dann knallen die einem den Bildschirm nicht so zu.

Für den EEE gibts hier nen kompetentes Forum, das eigentlich keine Fragen offen läßt. Hoffe auf nächsten Freitag Anlieferung :cool:

Meins sollte urspruenglich letzten Freitag kommen, wurde auf Montag geaendert und seit gestern steht bei Expansys 11Tage Wahrscheinlich sind die Bloedmaenner schneller.

Das Easynote XS macht mir viel Freude, die Groesse ist perfekt wenn man viel unterwegs ist, die Webcam ist Schnick-Schnack und schielt ein bischen, das schwache WiFi hab ich bisher immer mit einem Netzwerk-kabel ausgleichen koennen. Naechste Woche werd ich ihn in Verbindung mit ner USB-Datenkarte auf Handhabbarkeit unterwegs testen. Bluetooth funktioniert sehr gut ist aber nicht so mein Einsatzgebiet, koennte es aber noch werden in Verbindung mit ner GPS-Maus.
7" waere perfekt fuer Navigation, wenn es denn mal vernuenftige PC-Software dafuer gaebe.
