1. VGA is only for still photos. The maximum resolution for videos is QCIF.
2. Videos can also be saved to an MMC or SD card. The only limit on the size of the video is available memory.
3. The flash cannot be used as a light during video capture.
4. Sounds can only be captured as AMR files. MP3 (and RealAudio files) files cannot be used as ring tones, but many other file types can, including AMR, WAV, XMF, RMF, MIDI and SP-MIDI. There are several shareware PC tools (not
included) that can convert from MP3 to AMR or WAV. Those converted files could then be transferred to the phone to use as ring tones.
5. Yes, a stereo headset is included for listening to music, game sounds, video soundtracks, GSM voice calls, etc. The phone switches automatically to the headset when it is plugged in. The stereo headset also has a microphone and a call answer button. Note that GSM voice calls are monophonic, not stereo, but the audio is played through both earpieces of the headset.
6. The highest capacity SD cards shipping today are 512MB. Sendo X has been validated with a wide variety of SD cards up to 512MB. Sendo X strictly follows the MMC and SD standards. Sendo X should be compatible with larger size cards, such as 1GB cards, when they become available. However, Sendo cannot guarantee forward compatibility until those cards are available for testing.
7. The MMC/SD card slot does not support SDIO.
Hope this answers all your questions.
