    hallo,


    ich habe einen bekannten, der student ist. er hat 2 o2-verträge. einen online vertrag aus guten alten zeiten mit 200 frei sms und einen genion student, mit 5 € guthaben. im mai hat er seinen online vertrag geändert und o2 hat dabei einfach beide verträge zusammengelegt, ihm die online konditionen gestrichen und gibt ihm jetzt auf beide je 5 € guthaben.


    er hat bei o2 reklamiert und einen brief erhalten, dass man ihn wieder auf seinen ursprungstarif vom vertragsabschluss gesetzt hätte, aber auf der rechnung ist nichts davon zu erkennen.


    hat jemand noch eine idee?!?!
