  • DSL over Bluetooth auch beim 6600 möglich?

    Hast Du Opera installiert?
    Wenn deine mrouter-Verbindung bei installierter PC-Suite steht und der PC bereits eine Internetverbindung aufgebaut hat, nutzt Opera automatisch die bestehende Internet-Verbindung mit. Doris Browser auch, wenn man die speziellen Extras dafür installiert. Den Krampf mit zusätzlichen Zugangspunkten muss man sich nur für e-Mail und Java-Programme antun.


    Würde mich interessieren, ob es mit Opera läuft!

    Sony Ericsson präsentiert mit dem P900 das neue Topmodell unter den Multimedia-Smartphones


    Nach dem Erfolg des ersten Smartphones P800 führt Sony Ericsson mit dem P900 einen noch kleineren, schnelleren, einfacheren und flexibleren Nachfolger ein. Zu den wichtigsten Verbesserungen gehören die Videoaufnahme-Funktion, der TFT-Touch-Screen mit 65.536 Farben und der größere interne Speicher mit 16 MB. Damit ist das P900 nicht nur ein Spitzentelefon, sondern zugleich ein vollwertiger Organizer, eine Kamera für Foto und Video sowie ein Spiele-Handy für spannende Unterhaltung unterwegs. Das P900 kommt in KW 44 für 829 Euro auf den Markt.

    P900 ist da - und es kann Word und Excel-Dateien lesen UND bearbeiten. Powerpoint lesen und vorführen geht auch. Mehr Speicher, Videoaufnahme.

    Sony Ericsson today announced the P900 smartphone. Based on the open Symbian platform, it is a high-quality phone, but also provides full PDA/organizer functions as well as a good gaming experience. Building on the successful P800, the P900 features significant upgrades such as video recording capability, 65K colour touch screen, and increased memory. With the P900, it is possible to view and edit Word and Excel files, which can easily be saved on a Memory Stick Duo and transferred to a PC.


    (Mailen kann man die als Anhang aber wohl auch, denke ich - oder per Bluetooth senden. Speicherkarten wechseln nervt ja)


    It is also possible to view and present Powerpoint presentations, so it could be obsolete to bring a PC to a presentation.

  • Nokia 3300 = USB Stick ?

    Und was passiert, wenn ich's an den Mac anschliesse?
    Wenn das unter Windows ohne Treiber funktioniert, sollte der Nokia-Speicher
    wie bei einem USB_Stick auch am Mac ohne Treiber als Laufwerk auftauchen.

  • Nokia 3650 Linux Betriebssystem ?!?

    Symbian nutzt für alle Systeme ab 6.1 TCP/IP als Standardprotokoll - auch zur PC-Anbindung via PC-Suite bzw. der darin enthaltenen mrouter-Technologie. Das ist auch der Grund dafür, warum man überraschenderweise bei bestehender Bluetooth-Verbindung via mrouter über einen ins Internet eingeloggten PC per Bluetooth surfen kann - Opera & Co nutzen einfach die bestehende TCP-Verbindung.
