Die Umsatzsteuer-ID benötigst du nur, wenn du "innergemeinschaftliche Erwerbe" tätigst, im Klartext EU-weit ein-, bzw. verkaufst und deine Geschäftspartner ebenfalls über eine solche verfügen. Vereinfacht ausgedrückt kannst du damit umsatzsteuerfrei liefern, da der Umsatz erst im Bestimmungsland zum dort gültigen Satz versteuert wird. Umgekehrt musst du für steuerfrei an dich gelieferte Waren die Umsatzsteuer hier abführen. Der Handel mit Privatpersonen fällt nicht darunter, da diese keine USt-ID erhalten können.
Die USt-ID kann beim Bundesministerium für Finanzen oder auch deinem zuständigen Finanzamt schriftlich beantragt werden. Nähere Infos gibt es hier.
Beschränkt sich deine Tätigkeit auf D-land, genügt die vom zuständigen Finanzamt erteilte Steuernummer. Die muss dann auch auf der Rechnung stehen.

Ich habe mich ebenfalls für Geräte der genannten Hersteller interessiert und bin schlussendlich bei der Canon Ixus 40 gelandet.
Was die Auswahl des Lieferanten angeht, halte ich es wie BigBlue: Der Zuschlag ging allerdings an den MM-Onlineshop (288,00 EUR + 9,90 EUR NN), weil das Modell beim nächsten MM nicht verfügbar war. Der wird dann aber im Servicefall in Anspruch genommen.
Aktuell ist die Ixus 40 im Onlineshop übrigens nicht mehr gelistet - dafür gibts die Ixus 30 für schmackhafte 239,00 EUR + 9,90 EUR Versand.

Ich habe zwar SP2003 auf meinem MPx aber grundsätzlich dürfte sich nicht viel geändert haben:
Start -> Einstellungen -> Telefon -> Anrufoptionen
Dort kannst Du die Anzeige der SIM-Kontakte aktivieren und deine Mailboxnummer eingeben. Zum Hin- und Herschieben von Kontakten und SMS gibts im Startmenü den SIM-Manager. Die Kontakte werden natürlich unter 'Kontakte' angezeigt, SIM-Kontakte übrigens ganz am Ende der Liste.

Ford confirms sale of Jaguar and Cosworth
The Ford Motor Company has confirmed that Red Bull is the new owner of Jaguar Racing and that Tony Purnell will stay on with the team to run operations. The team will use Cosworth engines and Ford has also said that the engine company will be sold to Kevin Kalkhoven and Gerald Forsythe, Champ Car team owners and co-owners of the Champ Car Series. "We are strongly committed to continuing the great F1 tradition at Cosworth and take that very successful heritage into the future," Kalkhoven said. The deal means that Minardi team will also use Cosworth engines in 2005. "I am really pleased that Red Bull has bought Jaguar Racing," said Ford's Richard Parry-Jones. "Since we made the announcement to sell our F1 businesses in September we have received outstanding support from the management and employees of Jaguar Racing and we have worked very hard to secure a sale to a reputable buyer. Today marks the passing of an era. After over 35 years in the sport, deciding to exit F1 was a very tough decision for us to make. During that time we have experienced the highs and lows of the sport that we have also left a legacy of victories and championships won by some of the most famous drivers and teams in the sports history."
Jordan announces Toyota deal
Jordan Grand Prix has concluded an agreement with Toyota Motorsport GmbH for a supply of engines in the 2005 Formula 1 World Championship season. The one-year deal enables Jordan to purchase 2005-spec Toyota RVX-05 engines at an affordable price. "Toyota is to be commended," said Eddie Jordan. "Not only have they been fantastic to Jordan by agreeing this deal at such short notice, but they have also done the magnanimous thing for the sport by putting Formula One above their own exclusivity. A supply of Toyota engines is an enormous boost for Jordan and I am very excited about putting together our 2005 package in the coming weeks and months." This announcement, along with others coming shortly, will revive the fortunes of Jordan Grand Prix and at the same time I hope we can help Toyota in the battle for World Championship honours."

Einigen iPAQ's ab 38xx lag auf CD die Jeode Java VM von Insignia bei. Ob es dafür noch einen separaten Download gibt, weiss ich allerdings nicht. Früher konnte man die Soft mal kaufen.
Ansonsten gäbe es z.B. noch die kostenlose ewe VM von Ewesoft.

Mein Tipp: Mit Ryanair von Hahn nach Göteborg, dann per Leihwagen oneway und damit mit viel Zeit quer durch Schweden nach Stockholm (ca. 500km) und von Stockholm Skavsta aus mit Ryanair zurück nach Hahn.
Wenn es dann doch die Fähre sein soll, würde ich auch die TT-Line empfehlen. Anfahrt nur bis Travemünde, vom Preis her attraktiv, relativ kurze Überfahrtsdauer auf Topschiffen und den Weg über Dänemark gespart.
Einen zeitlich begrenzten Angelschein ("Fiskekort") kannst Du übrigens einfach im Postamt oder auch an Tankstellen kaufen. Einen Befähigungsnachweis wie beispielsweise einen deutschen Angelschein braucht es dazu nicht.
