Ich hab mal meinem AppleCare verkäufer geschrieben ob ich die Box haben kann, bzw. das es zu Problemen ohne die Box kommen kann. Hab übrigens die Erstattung angenommen
Das hat er mir geschrieben:
Thank you for your email. I have been selling AppleCare for a very long time, and it is very strange that Apple would ask for the box. Have you ever had trouble registering AppleCare or registering anything else with Apple in the past? I have sold countless AppleCare plans this same way and have yet to have any customers with this particular message from Apple. Does your computer have the correct purchase date in Apple's system? More often than you would think, Apple does not keep records correctly and the purchase date can be lost, which can cause problems later down the line when trying to register AppleCare etc. I have seen customers run into this problem with a screwed up purchase date in Apple's system and it can cause real headaches.
Unfortunately, since I purchase my AppleCare plans by bulk wholesale, I do not receive individual receipts, and I do not have boxes as they are purchased electronically. I would recommend the best thing to do at this point is for me to give you a full refund through Paypal for your purchase, and for you to go purchase an AppleCare plan directly from Apple. It is unfortunate that they are much more expensive, but that way if you have any problems you will have directly purchased from Apple themselves, and they should be able to take care of any problems that may arise. If they cannot help you I do not know who can.
I care about my customers above everything else and I truly wish there was something I could do to help, I am very sorry about this. I wish I could have saved you money on your AppleCare purchase, but it seems there is nothing else I can offer you other than a full refund. I can give you a brand new replacement code but I am not too sure that will help. Let me know what you think
