ja, diese Ungewissheit ist auch wirklich das Schlimmste. Wenn es denn nun geklaut wird, dann ist es schlimm, aber es ist so. Nur dieses Bangen seit über 1 Woche finde ich schlimm. Ich will es nun endlich wissen

Um mal die Massen etwas zu beruhigen: Vor 5min war DHL Express bei mir und hat 2 iPhones für Freunde gebracht! Beide Pakete waren gut in Schuss und unversehrt, es ist von außen auch nicht ersichtlich gewesen was drin war. Auslieferregion war Köln, falls das jemanden interessiert der jetzt Angst hat wegen des Diebstahls

Für mich ist es jetzt schon die zweite BL-Lieferung, beide Male top, auch wenn bei der jetzigen die Lieferzeit seitens BL sehr lang war. Ansonsten kann ich BL nur empfehlen, super Service

Meins kam auch am 24. an. Hab gestern noch mal im Chat nachgefragt. Sie sagte, die vom 24. werden in 4-5 Werktagen (ab gestern) eingescannt. Könnte aber auch früher sein. Ein anderer Mitarbeiter hat mir auf Anfrage am Sonntag versichert, die Pakete würden definitiv diese Woche eingescannt - vorraussichtlich am Mittwoch (also heute). Letzteres sehe ich noch nicht. Ich hoffe, die Google LIste wird bald aktualisiert.

Die vom 21. sind noch nicht mal durch, also wird der 24. noch länger auf sich warten.

Okay danke...die schreiben ja dauernd dass innerhalb von 48h 80% aufgeholt werden etc. etc....wieso glaubt man denen das nicht?

Man ärgert sich einfach tierisch nicht schon am 15.6. bestellt zu haben, ich wollte die ersten Berichte abwarten, bis Anfang Juli ging das alles innerhalb von 1-2 Tagen....

Jetzt zum 1000. Mal trotzdem die Frage: Hier wird gesagt, BLX versichert bis 100, DHL bis 500 - was denn nun? Und woher nehmt ihr die Info?

Es sind nur 100$. Borderlinx verschickt zu DHL-Express-UK-Bedingungen und reicht die einfach weiter. Das mit den 500€ ist (leider) definitiv falsch.

Limited Liability for Lost or Damaged International Shipments.
Every package is transported on a limited liability basis, relating to direct loss only and limited to US$100 (or equivalent) per shipment or for certain international shipments where the Warsaw Convention applies, approximately US$20.00/kg or US$9.07/lb (or equivalent), depending on the applicable law. All other types of loss or damage are excluded (including, but not limited to, lost profits, income, interest or future business).

6. DHL's Liabilty

DHL contracts with Shipper on the basis that DHL's liability is strictly limited to direct loss only and to the per kilo/Ib limits in this Section 6. All other types of loss or damage are excluded (including but not limited to lost profits, income, interest, future business), whether such loss or damage is special or indirect, and even if the risk of such loss or damage was brought to DHL's attention before or after acceptance of the Shipment since special risks can be insured by Shipper. If a Shipment combines carriage by air, road or other mode of transport, it shall be presumed that any loss or damage occurred during the air period of such carriage unless proven otherwise. DHL's liability in respect of any one Shipment transported, without prejudice to Sections 7-11, is limited to its actual cash value and shall not exceed the greater of $US 100 or:

* $US 20.00/kilogram or $US 9.07/lb for Shipments transported by air or other non-road mode of transportation; or
* $US 10.00/kilogram or $US 4.54/lb for Shipments transported by road (not applicable to the US).

Claims are limited to one claim per Shipment settlement of which will be full and final settlement for all loss or damage in connection therewith. If Shipper regards these limits as insufficient it must make a special declaration of value and request insurance as described in Section 8 (Shipment Insurance) or make its own insurance arrangements, failing which Shipper assumes all risks of loss or damage.

Wieviele Fälle sind es denn in denen nachweislich iPhones geklaut worden sind?

Wie weist BLX eigentlich nach das das Paket bei der Übergabe in einwandfreiem Zustand war? - Bzw. das das Iphone nicht schon dort entwendet wurde?
