Wenn ich eine lokale Rufnummer für meine Togglemobile-Karte (UK) schalten lasse, bin ich dann ich allen 60 Roamingländern unter dieser Nummer ohne eingehende Romingebühren erreichbar?
Oder gilt die kostenlose Erreichbarkeit nur für die "eigentliche" (UK-)Telefonnummer?

nein, alle nummern sind zu den genannten konditionen erreichbar.

hast du den deutschen APN probiert?
Auf dem internationalen Profil sollte der UK funktionieren:

ab heute gibt es nur noch 22 Länder mit kostenloser Erreichbarkeit...

Lycamobile ignoriert den AP. Kann man daher auch leer lassen.

Für das Profil "Roaming" (= Vodafone NL) habe ich live.vodafone.com und web.vodafone.nl probiert => Funktioniert nicht.

Die Webseite ist inzwischen auch teilweise aktualisiert worden.

So wird es wieder realitätsnäher. Die etwa 1 ct/min Interconnect, die Lyca in vielen Ländern bekommt (in Frankreich steht Interconnect seit dem 1.1.2013 nur noch bei 0,8 ct/min), können nicht die Weiterleitung zu vielen tureren Netzen finanzieren.

Genaugenommen sind es jetzt
22 Länder mit free incoming calls (over 20)
+ 16 Länder mit Connection fee mit 19p
